For brands

Understand how AI answers present your brand.

Your brand can appear in buying advice, comparisons and questions about your company, even if you do not sell through your own shop. qoyaa helps marketing and brand teams see what is said, in which context and alongside which competitors.

Look beyond questions that already name your brand

Combine category questions with direct brand questions. The following examples illustrate a prompt set, not real findings about a company.

  • Which brands are recommended for durable garden furniture?
  • What is [brand] known for?
  • What are the alternatives to [brand]?

Measure presence and understand the context

Distinguish awareness from recommendation

A brand name in an answer does not necessarily mean endorsement. Inspect the surrounding text, positive or negative context and the recommendation type, with the original answer available for review.

Compare brands on the same questions

Observe your brand and selected competitors within the same measurement set. Compare mention rates and share of voice in that sample without treating them as market share.

Investigate sources and brand information

Find out which websites are cited and whether descriptions match your positioning and verified facts. Use the findings to review your own pages and prepare editorial tasks.

Build a repeatable view of your brand

    Discuss changes with evidence

Review answers over time and use the original wording when briefing your content or communications team.

Measurements use model APIs with web search. Answers in consumer apps may differ; a change after a website update does not prove causation. Understand the measurement method

What to know before you start

Is qoyaa useful for a brand without an online shop?

Yes. Brand monitoring uses your brand name, competitors and selected prompts. A shop connection is optional. Website features require a verified domain; ongoing measurements depend on your available credits.

Is this a representative measure of brand awareness?

No. The results describe the answers collected for your chosen prompts, models, markets and periods. They are not a consumer survey or a measure of all AI conversations.

Can I see why an AI recommends a competitor?

You can read the explanation in the answer and inspect its cited sources. These are useful clues, but they do not reveal the full internal decision process of the model.
