Can I invite my whole team?
Yes. Invite as many colleagues and agency partners as you need. Every plan includes unlimited team members at no extra cost. You decide who can edit, approve or view results.
What is a credit?
Credits are your allowance for AI answers. Most answers use about 1 credit. More expensive models, longer answers and web searches can use more. As a rough guide, sending ChatGPT 20 prompts a day uses about 600 credits a month.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your queries pause until the next month. Extra costs never kick in automatically.
Do I pay for failed queries?
No. You only pay for answers we were actually able to analyze.
What are bonus credits?
Extra credit, for example for pilot projects. It never expires and is used up first.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel in the app at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and your results remain available afterwards.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. A move to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I pay?
Pay by card or another payment method offered at checkout. Stripe handles the payment, and your invoice is sent automatically.
