Why regularly

One prompt can get different answersThat is why we keep asking.

Send the same prompt on different days and the recommendations may change. Your brand might appear on Monday and be missing on Tuesday. Regular checks show you how often it comes up.

The AI explicitly recommends you. A mere mention does not count as a recommendation.

Fair comparisons

Compare the same promptswith the same assistants.

We use the same prompts and assistants when comparing two periods. If there are too few answers for a useful comparison, the results are marked accordingly.

  • Same prompts, same AI assistants

  • Failed queries are not counted

Things to keep in mind

  • No guarantee

    We cannot guarantee that an assistant will recommend you. The results show how often your brand appears in the answers we collect.

  • AI answers change

    Providers keep evolving their AI assistants. That is why we ask regularly instead of just once.

  • Everyone sees something different

    Your own chat may turn out differently, for example because of your history. We ask neutrally, without personal settings.

  • Changes after a website update

    A comparison can show that you are mentioned more often after an update. It does not prove the update caused the change.

  • How we collect the answers

    We collect answers from the models behind the assistants, with web search and your chosen target market. An app you use yourself may answer differently because of its model version, your account or your chat history.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my own test in ChatGPT look different?

Your chat can use your account settings and previous messages. We ask without that personal context and repeat the checks over time.

How often do you ask?

Choose hourly, daily or weekly checks, or start one yourself. Your monthly allowance depends on your plan.

Can I change my prompts later?

Any time. Your previous results are kept.

How do you know which revenue comes from AI recommendations?

With a connected shop, we can match a paid order to a visit from an AI answer. This requires the visitor’s consent. Names, addresses and email addresses are not included.

What happens to my data?

Your results are available to your team, unless you choose to share a report. You can export or delete results. Our privacy policy has the details.
